Part-Time Night Supervisor – Nablus

The Family Defense Society in Nablus announces its need to recruit a female employee to work at its Safe House, according to the following terms and specifications:

1. Job Title: Night Social Supervisor / Part-time
Work Location: Nablus (Safe House)
Nature of Work: Implementing activities and supervising residents of the Safe House during the evening and night hours.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

1. Ability to stay overnight.

2. Academic background in humanities, preferably Social Work or Education.

3. Ability to use computers and office applications.

4. Belief in and knowledge of human rights, with a particular focus on women’s rights.

5. Ability to maintain discipline and order.

6. Possession of a strong leadership personality.

7. Applicant must be at least 28 years old.

8. Preference will be given to residents of Nablus city.

Professional Experience:

1. Experience in providing support and assistance to women and children survivors of violence.

2. Ability to resolve conflicts.

3. Practical experience in dealing with diverse groups, including children, women, and adolescent girls.
