Psychosocial support through activities for children in marginalized communities. 👧👦

OUR PROGRAMS

In response to growing challenges faced by marginalized communities—particularly children affected by difficult living conditions—the Children in Distress Programme was launched by the Family Protection Society to offer structured psychosocial support through engaging and safe activities.

Target Group:
The programme focuses on reaching children in marginalized areas, as well as those attending local schools, community centers, and partner institutions. These children may be at increased risk of neglect, social exclusion, or emotional distress due to ongoing social and economic pressures.

Why It Matters:
These activities go beyond play—they serve as therapeutic tools that help children release emotional stress, develop coping skills, and regain a sense of safety and stability. Especially in times of crisis, expressive activities such as drawing, group play, and interactive storytelling allow children to process their emotions in healthy, constructive ways.

Our Vision:
At the Family Protection Society, we believe that every child deserves a safe space to be heard, supported, and uplifted. Through this programme, we aim to foster emotional resilience and restore hope—one child at a time.
